Flour BONA DEA
 
The newest product of our millhouse is flour BONA DEA known for its high gluten and yellow pigment content produced from Slovak food wheat variety BONA DEA.
As a seed company we guarantee closed production chain from breeder, certified seed producer, farmer and our millhouse where this top quality flour is being produced.
The content of high yellow pigments (β-carotenes) in flour which are active as antioxidants and help to prevent serious human diseases, reaches same level as best durum wheat varieties (over 8 ppm).
The flour is suitable for special bakery products as well as for egg or egg-free pasta production.
